All items are subject to availability. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished leather. Limited editions are sold in numbered runs and are not restocked.

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Paystack. An order is confirmed only once payment is received; if an obvious pricing error occurs we may cancel and refund in full.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Email verification is required before checkout for registered accounts. Guest checkout is available without an account.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address supplied. Please ensure your address and contact number are correct.

Our returns policy is set out on the Shipping & Returns page and is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

Luxella pieces carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Fair wear and tear, misuse and water damage are excluded.
