Privacy Policy

Name, email address, delivery address and phone number; order and payment references; and technical data such as device type and pages viewed. We never store your full card details.

To process and deliver your orders, handle returns and repairs, provide customer support, prevent fraud and — where you have opted in — send occasional news about new collections.

Only with the parties needed to run the store: our payment processor (Paystack), delivery couriers, email provider and hosting infrastructure. We never sell your data.

Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. Access is limited to staff who need it. Order records are kept for five years to meet tax and consumer-protection requirements.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, object to marketing at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa. Email privacy@luxella.co.za.

Luxella does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
